The Diocese of Fall River has a special office in response to the sexual abuse crisis that the Church has been facing. The Diocese of Fall River is requiring the "Essential Three," or a CORI form, a code of conduct, and safe environment training, to be completed in order to volunteer with ANY MINISTRY. This includes youth ministry, faith formation, liturgical ministers, choir members, and anyone involved in our parish communities. It is designed to keep all the faithful safe. **Please be advised that you will know you are cleared to volunteer once you receive an email from "[email protected]" .  This email will inform you that you have met all the Safe Environment certification requirements for the Diocese of Fall River and have been certified/approved.  It will also provide the date your certification will expire.    You must wait for this  certified/approved email before starting to volunteer  (use an email on the CORI Acknowledgement Form that you plan to check).
You should expect emails from  "[email protected]" a few months prior to your expiration date each year so you may complete the paperwork and stay current.
